When you contact or visit any of our services, you can expect:

WHAT TO EXPECT WHEN CONTACTING US

When contacting us by telephone

  • We will respond within three working days of receiving your request
  • In the case of email, you will receive a notification confirming receipt
  • Our officials will identify themselves.

When visiting our offices

  • We provide a clearly signposted environment accessible to persons with disabilities.
  • Waiting times are normally 15–20 minutes.

Appointments

  • Requests are confirmed within three working days.
  • Appointments are usually scheduled within ten working days, except in urgent cases which are given priority.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

Clients are expected to:

  • Provide correct and complete information
  • Treat staff with respect and courtesy
  • Keep to scheduled times and appointments
